Predator Pre Workout Review
If you’re sick of supplement companies treating you like you’re a meathead with more muscle cells than brain cells, then you’ll be interested in Predator Pre Workout that promises to be the first pre-workout supplement to improve your brain power as well as your workout.
Because of Predator Pre Workout’s original approach to improving your ability to workout, we decided to take a closer look at this supplement to see if it could fulfill all of its promises.
What Does Predator Pre Workout Do?
According to Beast Nutrition, the makers of Predator Pre Workout, this supplement is supposed to increase the health of your nervous system which will boost your brain’s ability to send signals to your muscle fibers.
With better communication between your brain and muscle tissue, you would be able to not only increase your power output, but you would also be able to do more work over a longer amount of time, helping you get more results out of your workout.
Even though this is a unique and innovative approach to pre-workout supplements, we expected to see unique and innovative ingredients in Predator Pre Workout’s formula before we decided whether it would work or not.
Does Predator Pre Workout Work?
Unfortunately, we didn’t see many impressive ingredients under the hood of Predator Pre Workout. The only ingredient that is able to help improve the health of your nervous system whatsoever is Ginkgo Biloba.
This ingredient has been found to improve memory retention and recall and is thus used to help treat those who suffer from dementia. However, it has not been shown to improve the ability of your brain to communicate with your muscles.
Our Opinion:
Even though there were no ingredients that were exceptionally good at increasing the health of your central nervous system, we did find two different kinds of Creatine that can deliver more energy to your muscles.
Despite the fact that Predator Pre Workout most likely can’t do what it claims to be able to, we think there’s a very good chance that this pre-workout supplement will give you some benefits.
But because Predator Pre Workout doesn’t have a long list of exceptional ingredients, we don’t think it is worth paying full price for and we suggest looking for a second party distributor.
