Optygen HP Review
Many people think that literally risking your life and limbs just to say that you have climbed the world’s highest peak is foolish.
However, even if you shake your head at the sacrifice these climbers make, the fact that these people have reached such a physical peak (pun intended) is definitely something to be admired.
So when First Endurance announced that their pre-workout supplement, Optygen HP was able to help endurance athletes achieve stamina like those who had very first climbed Everest’s face, we were definitely all ears.
But rather than let First Endurance sway us completely, we decided to look into Optygen HP to see if it was really as groundbreaking as its manufacturers made it seem.
Background
Although First Endurance doesn’t promise that you’ll be able to go right out and climb the biggest mountain you can find after taking one Optygen HP pill, they do claim that you’ll be able to boost your muscular output as well as stamina levels.
Optygen HP is supposed to be able to help you utilize oxygen better so that your muscles will have more energy to perform explosively as well as at a steady pace.
Optygen HP also claims to help reduce your levels of lactic acid by helping your body perform aerobically rather than anaerobically.
History
When your body converts energy for your muscles to use, it is either done with oxygen or without. When there is oxygen for your body to use, you don’t produce lactic acid, however, when there is no oxygen lactic acid can build up and cause your body to hit a wall.
In fact, one of Lance Armstrong’s secrets is that his body genetically gets rid of lactic acid up to 20 times quicker than the average person.
Ingredients
Although First Endurance definitely made some big claims about Optygen HP, after looking at the ingredients, we found that its main, secret ingredient wasn’t all that effective.
Rhodiola Extract is supposed to help increase your endurance in Optygen HP, but it actually has only been found to reduce the feelings of depression.
Our Opinion
Even though Optygen HP is not quite as effective as it claimed to be, we were pleased to see that there weren’t any ingredients that could actually hurt your ability to work out. At the very least, Optygen HP will make you a little more cheerful.
