Choco Energy has received decent reviews from most customers and is praised as being an ideal supplement before tests and a long-work day, as its great for mental endurance. We like that Choco Energy is a vegan product, meaning that ethically conscious individuals can also partake. We don’t recommend this product as an effective pre-workout supplement as caffeine being the main source of energy is a weak point. Caffeine tends to lead to adrenal fatigue, causing crashes later on. It’s better to use other adrenal supporting ingredients if you really want to see long-term effects on energy levels. But Choco Energy, like we said, is good in a rush, on the go, as it comes in 12 single-serving packets that can be thrown in a bag or purse as you’re running out the door. We advise users to seek their pre-workout needs elsewhere along with a post-workout supplement to help support their body.
