Supposedly, Nitric Blast Hardcore Series is the most potent pre-workout supplement out there, despite the fact that it is supposed to be mixed into at leas 8-12 ounces of water. But we took a look at the ingredients to see if there was anything in this supplement that could actually hold its own.
After looking at the ingredients, we found that Nitric Blast Hardcore Series has been formulated with some effective ingredients as well as some that are not as much so.
Some of the effective ingredients are the three different types of Creatine which helps deliver more energy directly to your muscles. The word “creatine” actually comes from the Greek word for muscle, since this ingredient supplies muscle with energy.
Another ingredient that may be able to increase the energy delivered to your muscles is Citrulline Malate. This amino acid was originally found in the rinds of watermelon, but has since been found to be able to increase the levels of nitric oxide in your body.
However, there are also some ingredients that won’t do anything special for your body like huge doses of Arginine. Research has shown that Arginine, although important to your body’s natural processes, isn’t helpful when supplemented.
In fact, the only thing it has been proven to do is increase the amount of times you run to the bathroom.
Our Opinion:
Because Nitric Blast Hardcore Series isn’t nearly as concentrated as it claims to be, we have to have our doubts about this product. We suggest looking elsewhere for your pre-workout needs.
