N.O. 370 Review
Although fine wines and cheeses only get better with age, the world of pre-workout supplements revolve around the latest and greatest research and ingredients. Products that use ingredients that worked 10 years ago are shoved aside for the newer, more innovative ones.
So when we saw that N.O. 370, by Top Secret Nutrition, was supposed to be a “giant leap forward in sports nutrition,” we decided to investigate this product to see if it could really stand up to this title.
What Does N.O. 370 Do?
Primarily, N.O. 370 is supposed to increase your body’s ability to produce and absorb L-Arginine. To anyone that is familiar with workout supplements, L-Arginine is a familiar topic, but for anyone else, it might seem quite foreign.
The truth is, that L-Arginine is a very common amino acid that changes into nitric oxide in the body. This nitric oxide then works with the nervous system to help the blood vessels to relax and allow for more blood flow.
For this reason, it is used in many pre-workout supplements to help improve the body’s ability to supply its own muscles with nutrients, oxygen and energy.
Anything To Be Worried About?
Although this is definitely a solid approach to improving the efficacy of your workouts, after looking at N.O. 370’s ingredients, we definitely have our doubts as to whether it can really do any of the things Top Secret Nutrition claims N.O. 370 can do.
Even though N.O. 370 claims to boost L-Arginine, the majority of its ingredients do not appear to do anything of the sort. In fact, most of N.O. 370’s formula is devoted to three different types of Creatine.
Creatine is also familiar with anyone who knows about workout enhancers. This is because it has the primary responsibility of delivering adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to the muscle cells, thus contributing to an increase in strength and endurance.
However, research has also shown that Creatine has also contributed to kidney failure, as well as other problems with the renal system. In addition, long term use of Creatine has been found to cause formaldehyde to build up in the body and cause other problems.
Would You Recommend N.O. 370?
After reviewing Top Secret Nutrition’s N.O. 370, we have found it to definitely have some ingredients that will help increase the efficacy of your workouts, at least in the short term. However, we would like to see a little bit more variety with the ingredients.
Because N.O. 370 uses ingredients that might cause lasting damage, we can’t recommend this pre-workout supplement.
