MyoShock Hsp Review
For those looking to the cutting edge of Bodybuilding and muscle gain, MuscleTech has produced a powerful new pre-workout supplement. MyoShock HSP is a new supplement designed to capture the power of Heat Shock Proteins (HSP’s) in order to stimulate muscle growth.
Heat Shock Proteins naturally increase in the body when it is under tremendous amounts of stress. While HSP’s are primarily utilized to allow cellular protection and integrity, research has shown that HSP’s also aid in protein synthesis. With MyoShock HSP, MuscleTech is looking to harness the power of HSP’s at the cellular level to shock your muscles into increased muscle gain.
Does this new muscle building technique work and are there negative side effects? We’ll lay out the good and bad to let you know.
Under the Hood
MyoShock HSP is a combination of a slew of ingredients. Many are natural ingredients that are popular in the body building world. MuscleTech has combined its ingredients into three key categories – AnaShock (Muscle Growth Factor), AMP-HSP (Muscle Heat Shock Activator) and Myospike (Muscle Strength Amplifier).
AnaShock and Nano-Diffuse Technology
MyoShock HSP’s AnaShock Supplement is a combination of fruit (Schisandra Chinensis), leaf (Monarda Fistulosa Extract) and root (Paeonia Lactiflora Extract) extracts. MuscleTech uses this combination through Nano-Diffuse Technology to increase strength, focus and performance.
AMP-HSP
AMP-HSP is the Heat Activation science. They combine the common body building ingredient L-Arginine with Canola, Watercress, Alfalfa and Barley Powders as well as Bilberry Extract, GABA, and Berbine HCL. However, AMP-HSP also includes 400 mg of Caffeine.
Myospike
The main ingredient in Myospike is Creatine, a naturally occurring amino acid which has widely been known to increase lean muscle mass and strength. Myospike also utilizes leaf extracts.
What We Like
There are some solid ingredients in MyoShock HSP such as L-Arginine and Creatine which are widely known in the lifting circles for enhancing muscle mass and strength and increasing blood flow. MuscleTech seems to have utilized intensive scientific research in developing and harnessing the power of HSP’s.
What We Don’t Like
The large quantity of Caffeine utilized in this product. While MyoShock HSP does seem to utilize a large number of safe and natural ingredients, the number one complaint of reviews on this product is the large dosage of caffeine per serving size. While caffeine is a common stimulant among athletes, side effects such as headaches, dizziness, dehydration and higher blood pressure can be dangerous.
A full serving of MyoShock HSP is 7 capsules. MuscleTech specifically warns that users should not exceed this amount and that the product needs to be taken 30-45 minutes prior to a workout. The product retails for $69.99 (20 servings) which is a bit steep, but there are sales going on where you can find it for less.
