MOAB Review
Every pre-workout supplement has one or two ingredients that it uses to promote muscle growth. Creatine is one of the more popular ingredients used. However, some people and manufacturers want to avoid using creatine. Muscle Warfare is one of the manufacturers who thinks they have a better way in the form of Mother Of All Bombs (MOAB).
MOAB’s Method
At the foundation of MOAB’s success is the idea that: having more red blood cells in your blood stream and getting more blood to the muscles is the best way to help them grow. These processes are called erythropoiesis and vasodilation. MOAB capitalizes on these to produce incredibly fast outcomes and explosive muscles.
Basically, it achieves the same results as blood doping or EPO injections.
To accomplish these results, MOAB uses nitric oxide, B-Complex Vitamins and Vitamin D-3. Vitamin D-3 is known to be highly anabolic. MOAB claims to contain a safe, high dose of each ingredients. The difference is supposed to be seen and felt soon after you start using MOAB.
By making nitric oxide its main ingredient, MOAB ensures that there will be a high, steady flow of oxygen to your muscles. The increase of oxygen helps you lift more weights than normal; and you won’t get tired as easily.
Claims About MOAB
Some people feel the effects of taking MOAB right away. The benefits of MOAB are increased over time; as more build-up occurs.
Besides enhancing your physique, MOAB is supposed to improve your performance, increase your level of endurance, and provide unspecified health benefits.
Muscle Warfare offers a free trial on their website so you can test MOAB to see if it really does what they say it will.
The Facts About MOAB
As promised, MOAB does provide quick results. The increase of red blood cells and nitric oxide in the blood stream gives you more pump, endurance, and obvious results. The absence of creatine means that the results you get will last longer.
MOAB does not appear to have any adverse side effects, but it has also not been evaluated by the FDA.
Each bottle of MOAB contains 50 servings of 4 pills. They are supposed to be taken two to three times a day. The cost of a bottle ranges from $30 to $70.
Our Opinion
MOAB does have a reputation for producing speedy results. This is shown in their proven method and customer reviews.
We are not sure about the long-term benefits of MOAB. It does claim to have some, but they have not been studied and proven.
It is difficult to evaluate all the ingredients used in MOAB. The quality of ingredients is part of our overall criteria but we were unable to establish an opinion.
There are no side effects listed by the manufacturer either for short-term or long-term use.
Since it does achieve speedy, desirable results; MOAB could be a good choice if this is what you are looking for. However, over time it might prove to be a pricey supplement since you could go through 1-2 bottles every month.
MOAB meets most of our criteria for a quality pre-workout supplement. We do not believe that it is the highest-quality pre-workout supplement out there. If you think it might be beneficial for you, we recommend that you give it a try.
