Hybrid N.O. Review
A great pump is that number one goal of every body builder. The feel of blood rushing through your muscles, tightening your skin and the explosion of air through the muscle create that high that you are in search of.
If you’re looking for a stimulant free Nitric Oxide Product that can put you on cloud nine, MusclePharm’s Hybrid N.O. might be just the ticket.
MusclePharm is a company that prides itself on “fueling athletes safely” and sells only NSF-Certified Products. Hybrid N.O. is the newest of the companies’ line of pre-workout supplements and includes natural substances such as Beet Root Extract, Hawthorn Berry Powder and Citruline Malate.
Hybrid N.O. Ingredients
Many pre-workout supplements include a proprietary blend of ingredients. Hybrid N.O. is an exception, listing all of its key ingredients, including Agmatine, GlycoCarn, Citruline Malate, Hawthorn Berry and Beet Root.
Agmatine is a byproduct of Arginine, an amino acid that helps to lead calories toward muscle tissue and not fat, in turn allowing an increase in muscle water retention. Another amino-acid important to athletes is Citruline, which once mixed with Malate produces a salt form known as Citroline Malate. This salt helps to improve on aerobic performance and a reduction of fatigue or soreness.
Hybrid N.O. also includes the patented ingredient, GlycoCarn, a Nitric Oxide booster which allows for increased blood flow and decreased metabolic waste build up caused by lactic acid and carbon dioxide. GlycoCarn is a member of the Carnitine Family, which advances skeletal muscle, cardiac tissue and benefits the vascular system.
Both Hawthorne Berry and Beet Root are age old natural substances which have been shown to produce a higher level of Nitric Oxide and exercise tolerance. While Hawthorne Berry has shown to promote healthy blood flow throughout the muscular system, Beet Root’s high nitrate content boosts stamina and exercise tolerance.
Side Effects
Since this product is so new, we couldn’t find many negative product experiences. In fact, because the product launched in earlier in March and was back ordered in the beginning, the biggest complaint we’ve found was that Hybrid N.O. hadn’t arrived yet.
With all of the hype surrounding this product, MusclePharm is quick to caution that in order for muscle growth to occur as they have claimed, a proper diet should be observed for this product to have the full affect.
Although the ingredients included in this product seem relatively safe, keep in mind that with any Nitric Oxide product, there can be potential side effects (particularly for those with specific health conditions or prescribed medications) such as nausea, mild headaches and migraines.
Other Product Information
MusclePharm suggests you take four capsules per serving. This product is sold in 32 capsule ($19.99 per bottle) or 80 capsule bottles ($42.99 per bottle). Should you be interested in this product, the larger bottle would be the way to go as only eight servings are sold in the smaller bottle. There is currently a product launch special in which the 80 capsule bottle can be found for $28.99 per bottle.
What We Recommend
Because Hybrid N.O. has just been released, reviews on the actual product are hard to come by. However, MusclePharm is a trusted brand with high quality pre-workout supplements. Since most reviews on their other supplements score at least an eight or nine out of ten stars it would seem that Hybrid N.O. would follow suit in popularity.
