AstraVar Stack and Ignite Review
When you’re looking for a pre-workout supplement, how often do you stumble across one that not only promises to help you build lean muscle mass, but also promises to improve your joint health, your sex drive, and even prevent you from sweating too much?
We haven’t seen many either. Even though we’re trained to believe that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is, we decided to take a closer look at AstraVar Stack and Ignite to see if it could even come close to fulfilling all its promises.
What Does AstraVar Stack and Ignite Do?
Although this pre-workout supplement, designed by Top Secret nutrition, is supposed to directly enhance your workout by triggering the production of Nitric Oxide in your body, the supplement is only to be taken 24 hours before a strenuous exercise.
This is supposed to allow plenty of time for the one ingredient to absorb more fully into your entire system. Then AstraVar Stack and Ignite can help your body produce more ATP, digest carbohydrates more fully and deliver more glycogen to your muscles.
How Does AstraVar Stack and Ignite Do It?
According to Top Secret, AstraVar Stack and Ignite’s manufacturers, this pre-workout supplement is able to do all of these things with only one ingredient: AstraGin.
After a little research on this ingredient we found that it is actually a blend of two ingredients, Notoginseng Root and Astragalus Root.
Notoginseng is a plant that is often used in Chinese medicine and also goes by the Latin name panax which translates to “cure-all.” Notoginseng was given the name panax because it was thought to be able to enrich the blood with life-giving nutrients and cure all ailments.
Unfortunately, there hasn’t been enough professional research done on the Notoginseng root to see if it really was able to cure anything, much less anything.
Astragalus root can be found in the temperate climates of the Northern Hemisphere and it too is thought to be something of a cure-all. Not only is it supposed to increase your metabolism but it is also supposed to decrease the amount of time it takes you to recover from illnesses.
However, there hasn’t been any clinical proof of Astragalus root’s claims and we can’t say for sure whether it will work or not.
Any Other Concerns?
Even though AstraVar Stack and Ignite claims to be able to do everything, it only has two ingredients that haven’t really been proven to do anything.
