Alarm Pre-Training Review

The effectiveness of a product doesn’t mean a whole lot to most people if there are major health risks involved. Some can look at Alarm Pre-Training as a powerful pre workout supplement that provides beneficial results, but also comes with harmful side effects. So is Alarm Pre-Training worth taking?

Alarm Pre-Training by Image Sports is a pre workout supplement packed with stimulants that are meant to give you the energy and focus you need to maximize your workout performance. However, with high amounts of stimulants come potential risks of side effects. We are going to take a closer look at Alarm Pre-Training to see if it is worth purchasing.

The Eye Test

Looking at the label of Alarm Pre-Training, it appears to have some potential. This supplement contains ingredients that you may already be familiar with. Here is a quick rundown of the well-known ingredients found in Alarm Pre-Training:

Creatine
Creatine is one of the leading ingredients found in pre workout supplements. Creatine is designed to increase strength and energy, allowing you to perform at a higher level.

Arginine
This amino acid is used to produce nitric acid, which in turn enhances blood flow and delivers nutrients to the muscle tissue faster than normal.

Beta-Alanine
Beta-alanine is used to reduce muscle pain and fatigue by decreasing lactic acid buildup during workouts. Users of beta alanine claim they are able to lift much longer than normal.

Caffeine
Commonly found in pre workout supplements, caffeine is used to increase energy and improve focus in the gym, allowing you to stay on task and on schedule with your lifts.

Other ingredients in Alarm Pre-Training include guarana and Heliopsis longipes. Guarana works with caffeine to increase energy and improve alertness. Heliopsis longipes is a bit of a mystery because it is commonly used as a pain killer. Our guess is it is designed to increase blood flow and reduce muscle pain.

Overall, Alarm Pre-Training appears to be a decent product in terms of effectiveness.

Eye Test Score: 8/10

The Taste Test

Many pre workout supplements have a very poor taste according to consumer reviews, but Alarm Pre-Training has no such reviews. While Alarm Pre-Training may not have the best tasting product out there, it appears to be at least bearable. Alarm Pre-Training comes in four flavors to fit your taste. They are green apple, fruit punch, watermelon, and blue raspberry.

Taste Test Score: 8/10

The Safety Test

The safety of Alarm Pre-Training really depends on your sensitivity to caffeine. If you don’t feel much buzz from drinking coffee or your favorite soft drink, chances are you’ll get the energy you need from Alarm Pre-Training without too many side effects. However, if you are generally one to stay up all night after drinking one glass of Dr. Pepper, you may want to stay away from this one.

Alarm Pre-Training contains as much caffeine as 3 cups of coffee according to the label. This equates to around 200mg of caffeine, which is the recommended limit. In other words, if you so much as drink your morning coffee, you are treading into dangerous waters. Too much caffeine can lead to serious side effects like liver damage and heart disease. Smaller side effects can also include nausea, restlessness, jitters, and headache.

Safety Test Score: 5/10

The Price Test

Alarm Pre-Training retails for around $70, but you can find it for about $45 online. If you shop around for the best price, you can probably purchase Alarm for as little a decent price.

Price Test Score: 6/10

Overall Score

Alarm Pre-Training is clearly not for everybody. Since it contains so much caffeine, it can cause just about anybody to experience jitters. Taking Alarm Pre-Training requires a disciplined diet and the right amount of exercise, otherwise you will either crash in the middle of the day or find yourself unable to sleep at night.

This supplement has potential for anyone looking for an extreme boost of energy during workouts, but you are likely to experience some sort of side effects. For that reason, we are giving Alarm Pre-Training a mediocre score.

Overall Score: 6/10

Tried it once and it gave me rapid heartbeat and jitters…feels harmful to the body and made my musles “burn”. I would not recommend this to anyone. I’m hoping this wears off soon!

was recommended by the worker at GNC, is good for morning workout, but when i took it later in the day could not fall asleep, and just some caffeine at night does not usually keep me up 4-5 hours afterward.

I started using this last week and found it was super beneficial for my 1 hour spin class. I did not have any jitteriness, or rapid heart rates. Slept fine and continue to use it on days when I am working out hard, I have not tried it on days where I am lifting weights, just cardio workouts, maybe that’s the difference.

I am on my second cycle of this, and I do just fine with it. I switched from C4 to this, and I like it better. But then again that’s me.
